One of the most striking aspects of competition policy today is the rapid and strikingly global spread of competition laws, from some thirty countries that had a competition law in 1990 to more than 130 today.  The primary objective of this line of research with Shahryar Minhas is to gain a better understanding of this global diffusion of a long-prominent but also long contested legal norm.
