Computer Science in Education

This summer I will be working with a group of other undergraduate students under Professor Susan Rodger at Duke University on integrating computer science into K-12 education. We will do this by creating Alice worlds that can be used in other subject classes (such as math, science etc.) while also introducing students to basic programming concepts. To read more about Alice at Duke, take a look at this website, which contains information on the ongoing project.

I will be keeping a blog with daily updates on what I've been working on, so if you're interested in that you can click here to take a look. You can also see summaries of research papers I've read as part of the project here.
