I am a systems biologist who is interested in the biology of interactions between organisms, particularly at the cellular and molecular scale. My research focuses on fungal biofilms using both wet lab and computational methods. I have developed Saccharomyces cerevisiae colony biofilms as a model for understanding how microbes interact to generate multicellular behavior.
