Theory X: Workers are inherently lazy, dislike their jobs, untrustworthy, reject responsibility, are only motivated by sticks and carrots
Theory Y: Workers seek responsibility, can enjoy their jobs, are trustworthy
- The problem is the structured, stifling work environment, not the workers

- Inequality (sometimes unfair)
