Exercise Style: American. S & P 100 (OEX)LEAPS generally may be exercised on any business day prior to the expiration date.

Position Limits: For the purposes of calculating these limits, OEX LEAPS positions are aggregated with OEX positions. For aggregation purposes, one OEX contract equals ten OEX LEAPS contracts. The current limit is 250,000 OEX LEAPS (25,000 OEX) contracts on either side of the market, provided that no more than 150,000 OEX LEAPS (15,000 OEX) contracts are expiring in the nearest expiration month. A customer hedge exemption is available for certain diversified ortfolios which expands the position limit to 1,000,000 OEX LEAPS (100,000 OEX) contracts.

Exercise Limits: For the purposes of calculating these limits, OEX LEAPSO positions are aggregated with OEX positions. For aggregation purposes, one OEX contract equals ten OEX LEAPSO' contracts. The current limit is 1 50,000 OEX LEAPS@ (I 5,000 OEX) contracts within a period of five business days.
