Sarah Dunklin, administrator of Joseph Dunklin, dec'd., appoints Hulet Sullivant of Greenville Dist., SC her attorney to receive any money that may be due her as administrator of Dunklin's estate or which might have been due sd. Joseph Dunklin before his death. SIgned: Sarah Dunklin. Rec. 29 Jan. 1807.

Peter Pinnell of Washington Co., Missouri "for divers reasons me hereunto moveing to nominate, denote, ordain & appoint Mercer Wadlington of the County of Caldwell, Ky" ... attorney in fact .. to convey to John Jones of Caldwell Co., Ky a tract ... supposed to contain 150 acres, being the ballance of a 400 acre survey on Flynns fork of Tradewater after 250 acres Survey ... to Moses Clayton who was assignee of Robert Woods, who was assignee of Jeremiah Moore, assignee of Enoch Hooper, which was patented in the name of Moses Clayton and myself "which conveyance my said attorney is authorized and empowered to make in pursuance to and discharge of my bond held by the said Jones for the said land bearing date the 31 Dec. 1816" ... the balance after the 250 acres is laid off to Clayton. 3 Oct. 1821
