FOREWORD

The South Moresby Resource Planning Team was organized by the Ministry of Forests in March of 1979 under the authority of the Environment and Land Use Committee (ELUC) of the Provincial Cabinet. The team consists of 12 representatives from the following federal and provincial government agencies, the forest industry and the public:
