Nick Gessler

Found in a Nevada playa that had already been searched by Paul Gessler without success. The bed was littered with black shale and basalt fragments and this black specimen stood out as being one of the only "rounded" rocks on the lake. After about six hours of searching the lake yielded only this one individual. A window shows little metal and highly delineated chondrules.
