Extra credit binary files

Some students reported issues with the original provided binaries. Unlike Windows binaries, Linux binaries tend to be tightly coupled to the specific distro that created them, depending on specific libraries.

To help, two sets of binaries are now provided: one built on Ubuntu 20.04 and one built on Ubuntu 22.04. At least one should work on everyone's WSL environment or VCM virtual machine. Feel free to get either/both and experiment -- they both have the same secrets.
