Dasyurids J. P. Hill possessed a particularly rich collection of Dasyrus viverrinus embryos. These embryos formed a critical part of his studies on neural crest and contributed to one of the major monographs published after his death (Hill and Osman Hill 1955). Most of the images shown here are unpublished. The images of dasyruid embryos may be accessed through the thumbnail page, or a catalogue of images. There are also links available on the catalogue of material in the neural crest studies. For higher resolution copies of these images contact KK Smith. Hill, J P, and W. C.
